Where we ship

We currently ship to India and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your location and the product. In total, most orders arrive within 7-20 business days of the order date. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays can occur because of customs, weather, carrier issues or high-demand periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.

Multiple items

Items in a single order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of the order date, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
